Our team is made up of talented individuals who share a common goal: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers. **The Role** As a Customer Service Associate on our Credit Monitoring & Reporting team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal customers on a variety of complex financial products and services. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing a best-in-class experience.
