The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and system improvements. Skills And Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst within an enterprise healthcare company Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating on API integration efforts, including defining requirements, testing endpoints, and ensuring seamless data exchange between systems. Perform data mapping between source and bolthires systems to ensure accurate data transformation and integration.
