Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for scoring student responses to educational tests, using your expertise and judgment to evaluate student performance against established standards. As an Educational Test Scorer, you will work independently from your home in Florida, with the flexibility to choose your schedule and work part-time or full-time. You must be available for 8-10 hours of paid training, starting approximately on December 2nd or December 9th, and be available for 2 to 2.5 weeks of work starting approximately on December 12th or December 19th. Key Responsibilities Evaluate student responses to educational tests, using established scoring guidelines and standards Score student performances accurately and consistently, ensuring that all evaluations are fair and unbiased Participate in training sessions to ensure familiarity with scoring guidelines and standards Work independently to meet productivity and quality standards, with minimal supervision Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in scoring Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the scoring process and educational assessments Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, which will be verified if you are hired. You must also be located in Florida and have a strong understanding of educational assessments and evaluation methods. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
