Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a concierge, providing personalized support to walk-in customers and resolving issues efficiently
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balancing daily transactions while maintaining exemplary customer service standards

Essential Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
Or a Bachelor's Degree
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
