About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Technical Writer with 3-7 years of experience to join our documentation team. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts to produce clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation for our products and services. Your work will help users understand and effectively use our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, system documentation, release notes, and online help guides.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and quality assurance, to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce detailed technical specifications and internal documentation for product features and workflows.
• Develop and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all materials.
• Review and edit existing documentation to ensure it is up to date and aligned with product changes and updates.
• Conduct user feedback sessions and gather insights to continuously improve documentation usability and effectiveness.
• Ensure technical content adheres to company standards, branding, and accessibility guidelines.
• Work with the team to meet deadlines and deliver documentation on time for product releases.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in technical writing to enhance content quality and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-7 years of professional experience in technical writing or related fields, with a strong portfolio demonstrating previous work.
• Should hold minimum Bachelor’s degree(or equal ant) or higher degree
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation.
• Experience with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, or similar.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of writing for software products, including API documentation and user guides.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, with an ability to identify and correct errors in technical documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working with software development teams.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and Markdown; ability to learn new tools quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) or a background in engineering.
• Knowledge of or experience with cloud-based technologies and software systems.
• Experience with localization and internationalization of technical content.
• Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger, Postman, or similar.
• Knowledge of UX principles and how they apply to technical documentation.
