About the Role
As the CDP Product Leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping our customer data strategy and driving the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues, provide technical expertise, and ensure the effective use of the platform to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business requirements
Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
Providing technical understanding and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform
Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
Collaborating with IT and other stakeholders to align on technical requirements and implementations
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
Leading training sessions to up-skill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform
Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting partners to coordinate product improvements and workarounds
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience related to technical data management and marketing solution experience
Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical skills
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal information
Embraces diversity, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school degree, GED, or high school equivalency
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
Experience with Customer Data systems such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar systems like Salesforce C360 or Segment
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex business-grade systems
In-depth knowledge of data governance and data management best practices
Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital commercial enterprise environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization
