Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Forest Grove, OR. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for accurately processing sales orders, credits, and other data-related tasks in our SAP computer system. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will ensure seamless interactions with our customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Data Entry in SAP Computer System : Accurately input product numbers, sales orders, credits, and other relevant data into our SAP computer system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Review of Sales Paperwork : Thoroughly review sales paperwork for accuracy against customer contracts and documentation, identifying any discrepancies or issues. Process Sales Paperwork : Process sales paperwork in the computer system and adhere to applicable procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Release New Orders and Change Orders : Release new orders and change orders to manufacturing, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Verify Finished Goods Requests : Verify finished goods requests and move pending stock as needed, maintaining accurate inventory levels. Maintain Master Tooling Files : Organize and maintain master tooling files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of critical information. Process Obsolete List : Process obsolete list as needed, at minimum twice per year, to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Invoicing and Filing Sales Documents : Accurately invoice and file sales documents, maintaining a clean and organized filing system. Prioritize and Organize Work-Loads : Prioritize and organize work-loads to meet deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects. Answer Phones and Miscellaneous Duties : Answer phones and perform other miscellaneous duties as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support. Essential Qualifications Ability to Read Sales Forms : Ability to read and understand sales forms, including contracts and documentation. Data Entry Experience : Experience with data entry in a computer system, preferably SAP. Effective Communication : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders. Basic Microsoft Office : Basic Microsoft Office software experience, including Word and Excel. Problem-Solving : Resourceful in identifying and solving problems, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Sales Administration : Previous experience in sales administration or a related field. SAP Certification : SAP certification or experience with SAP computer systems. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data. Time Management : Excellent time management skills to prioritize and organize work-loads.
