Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls for claimant-related leaves and/or Intake applications, performing outbound voice work tasks related to selected clients and claimants, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and claimants. You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and claimants, and your ability to communicate effectively, empathize with their needs, and provide timely and accurate solutions will be essential to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls for claimant-related leaves and/or Intake applications, responding to client and claimant inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Perform outbound voice work tasks related to selected clients and claimants, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
Accurately file and document client/claimant specific information into the applicable system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate
Adhere to all department standards, ensuring that all interactions with clients and claimants meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism
Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, measured by the results of our Quality Monitoring program
Demonstrate confidence, strong decision quality, and sound judgment when assisting claimants, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and respectful
Resolve routine administrative technical issues for applicable source systems, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
Answer related claims questions for applicable clients specific to the Intake process and reporting missed time, ensuring that all clients and claimants receive accurate and timely information
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and abide by HIPPA rules and regulations, ensuring that all personal health information is protected and secure


Essential Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and claimants at all levels
Ability to type and talk, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven patience and understanding, with the ability to empathize with clients and claimants who may be experiencing difficult or challenging situations
Active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of clients and claimants
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately file and document client/claimant specific information
Demonstrated compassion, with the ability to provide emotional support and empathy to clients and claimants as needed
Ability to work independently and remotely, with the ability to self-motivate and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written interactions, with excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion, ensuring that all personal health information is protected and secure


Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of medical terminology, with the ability to understand and communicate complex medical information to clients and claimants
Experience using web-based programs, with the ability to navigate and utilize multiple systems and applications
High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong educational foundation in a related field

Work Environment and Company Culture
arenaflex operates a 24/7 Customer Care Center, with a variety of schedules available to meet the needs of our clients and claimants. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be required to work a scheduled shift between the core business hours of Monday to Friday, 4am to 8pm Arizona time, and may be required to work some holidays. You will be working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, dynamic inbound/outbound call center environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients and claimants.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive pay package, with an expected hiring range of $18.00 hourly.
