[Remote] Customer Success Manager - United Kingdom

They are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales customer lifecycle, driving adoption and value realization while maintaining customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
⢠Work with clients to establish critical goals
⢠Drive customer toward full value realization
⢠Deepen customer relationships and create new ones
⢠Develop strong understanding of customer use cases
⢠Manage account escalations
⢠Monitor account health; take action to improve health and/or mitigate risk
⢠Nurture customers for advocacy
⢠Drive product adoption
⢠Cross-functional collaboration on projects and systems
⢠Work collaboratively to support renewals & upsells
Skills
⢠Collaborative team player
⢠Familiarity working with clients of all sizes
⢠Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
⢠Detail oriented and analytical
⢠Familiarity with CRMs and data tools
⢠Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
⢠5 to 10 years experience in a similar role
⢠Bachelor Degree (BA or BBA) or equivalent
