Part-Time Operations Assistant (5–10 hrs/week) – Beverage Distributor
We're a growing THC beverage distribution company with a private label brand launching soon, and we're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our team with day-to-day tasks.
This is a part-time, remote-friendly role (5–10 hours per week), ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving business and helping establish smooth processes as we grow.
Responsibilities:
- Compile and maintain monthly event/tasting schedules
- Assist with order tracking and ensuring proper documentation for deliveries and supplier POs
- Support licensing paperwork and business filings
- Coordinate basic outreach to suppliers and follow-up tasks
- Help set up email campaigns and streamline internal workflows in Odoo
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the operational wheels turning
Requirements:
- Experience with Odoo is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive communicator and self-starter
- Ability to handle administrative tasks without heavy hand-holding
