Key Responsibilities Build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, accurately assessing their needs and providing personalized support and solutions Navigate multiple systems and engage clients with clear, concise, and positive language, gathering relevant information and documenting calls with high accuracy Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to our clients Participate in ongoing training and development programs, enhancing your knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-secondary education preferred. You should have experience navigating complex customer interactions, with a strong ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment. Additionally, you should be proficient in navigating multiple systems, documenting calls with high accuracy, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-secondary education preferred Experience navigating complex customer interactions, with a strong ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement Ability to work in a remote environment, with a private, secure, and distraction-free workspace Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 30 mbps download and 10 mbps upload Ability to pass a criminal background check Preferred Qualifications Proficiency navigating multiple systems, including CRM, policy/admin platforms, and knowledge bases Demonstrated success working in an omni-channel environment, with experience documenting calls in real-time with high accuracy Strong documentation skills, with clear case notes that enable seamless handoffs without rework Typing and data entry skills, with high accuracy and speed while maintaining call quality Exposure to continuous-improvement practices, with a track record of proposing or piloting process improvements that reduced after-call work or rework Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package, with a starting hourly wage of $23.46 and opportunities for advancement and growth.
