About the ClientThe Client Success Manager will own the entire client experience for the Group, ensuring every engagement runs smoothly from kickoff to completion. You will act as a bridge between coaches, clients, and leadership, transforming our 37-step client journey into a predictable and high-quality experience. Your role is crucial to driving accountability, reporting results, and ensuring all clients are supported and successful.
