Corcept Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Email Chat Representative to provide exceptional customer support through email and chat platforms. The ideal candidate will address customer inquiries efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and chat.
Ā Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Ā Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
Ā Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ā Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes.
Ā Identify customer needs and recommend solutions or services.
Ā Uphold confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
Ā Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
Ā Experience in customer service or email/chat support preferred.
Ā Proficiency with CRM and email/chat software.
Ā Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
Ā Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ā Knowledge of pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is a plus.
Work Environment:
Ā Remote or hybrid work options may be available.
Ā Flexible working hours depending on customer needs.
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 - $80.00/hour.
