Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to subscribers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our streaming service Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to track trends and improve processes Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our service, including new features, content, and technical updates Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service, or a similar field) 3+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote or online environment Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and issues Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a customer support role for an online streaming service or a similar industry Technical skills, including familiarity with streaming devices, platforms, and common technical issues Knowledge of customer support software and tools, including ticketing systems and chat platforms Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across different time zones Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex problems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions and issues Technical skills, including familiarity with streaming devices, platforms, and common technical issues Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
