• Unlock the Elite Tier: After securing your first $500 in new monthly recurring revenue (MRR), you are permanently promoted to our Elite Sales Tier. This is an achievable, one-time goal designed to reward your initial success.
• Elite Tier Rewards: Once promoted, you unlock our top compensation plan for all future sales:

What You'll Do:
As an independent Sales Specialist, you are the CEO of your own sales pipeline. Your core responsibilities include:
• Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research childcare centers, preschools, and early learning facilities in your territory.
• Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, and occasional in-person visits to introduce ChildWatch and identify needs.
• Conduct Demos: Schedule and run online demonstrations of the software, showcasing how it solves the specific pain points of each director.
• Close Sales: Guide interested prospects through the sign-up process.
• Log Your Activity: Use our simple online portal to log your contacts and leads, ensuring you get credit for every sale.
