Key ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & LeadershipDefine and lead the organisation’s AI strategy aligned with business objectivesIdentify opportunities where AI can drive measurable value and competitive advantageEstablish AI governance, best practices, and delivery frameworksAct as a thought leader for AI across the organisationEnd-to-End DeliveryLead AI initiatives from ideation, use case definition, and business case development through to production deploymentOversee solution design, model development, validation, and operationalisation (MLOps/AIOps)Ensure scalability, robustness, and ethical use of AI solutionsBusiness Partnership & Use Case DesignPartner with business stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and refine AI use casesTranslate business problems into AI/ML solutions and technical requirementsFacilitate workshops and discovery sessions to co-create solutions ResponsibilitiesTechnical ExpertiseMaintain a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies (e.g., NLP, generative AI, predictive modelling)Guide architectural decisions for AI platforms, data pipelines, and integrationStay up to date with emerging AI trends and assess their applicabilityAI Platform & AdoptionDefine and implement an AI platform strategy (tools, infrastructure, governance)Drive adoption of AI capabilities across teams and functionsEstablish reusable components, frameworks, and best practicesTraining & Change ManagementDevelop and deliver AI training programs for both technical and non-technical audiencesBuild AI literacy across the organisationChampion a data-driven and AI-enabled cultureStakeholder ManagementEngage senior leadership and communicate AI vision, progress, and valueCollaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teamsManage external partners and vendors where requiredQualificationsRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering AI/ML strategy from concept to productionStrong understanding of AI/ML techniques, tools, and architecturesExperience designing and implementing AI platforms and AIOps practicesDemonstrated ability to translate business problems into AI solutionsExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levelsStrong leadership and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsBackground in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI servicesFamiliarity with generative AI and large language modelsExperience in driving organisational change and technology adoptionKey Success MetricsSuccessful delivery of AI use cases into productionMeasurable business impact from AI initiativesAdoption and utilisation of AI platforms across the organisationIncreased AI literacy and capability within teamsCompanyAt Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
