Responsibilities
ā¢ Answer and make customer calls to provide product application guidance, step-by-step assistance, and support with order placement.
ā¢ Troubleshoot and resolve product or application issues, concerns, and complaints.
ā¢ Meticulously document and update customer follow-up records.
ā¢ Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
ā¢ Manage social media advertising and engagement.
