Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Remote)

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary part-time basis (20 hours/week) for a 9-month assignment. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional internal and external customer service, administrative support, and play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, and myeloma.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for various internal operational functions, including data entry, campaign administration, and operations support
Deliver exceptional customer service to fundraisers, donors, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and other communication channels
Maintain accurate records, update campaign reporting, and communicate with campaign staff as needed
Perform internal operations support, including matching gifts, refunds, adjustments, and reimbursements
Maintain strict confidentiality and follow detailed workflows to maintain access to banking systems
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of related call center and customer service experience
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to navigate multiple software programs simultaneously
Bilingual skills (Spanish) preferred but not required
Must pass an FCRA accredited background check
