Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated, client-driven individuals to join our team as Resolution Coordinators in our Contact Center Operations. As a Resolution Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners, utilizing various systems to provide timely and effective solutions. Communicate professionally and conversationaly with clients, using all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently. Utilize Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word, to manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including typing speed, call handling time, and customer satisfaction targets. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues, escalate concerns, and provide feedback to improve processes and procedures. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. Effective completion of mandatory training programs. Previous customer support experience, preferably in a contact center environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
