You’ll partner with hiring managers and leadership to source, engage, and close top tech talent — directly shaping the future of Fam’s tech teams.Key Responsibilities-Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → closure).-Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn, InstaHyre, GitHub, job boards, referrals, and networks.-Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.-Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication.-Negotiate offers and drive smooth onboarding of selected candidates.-Track and report hiring metrics to optimize efficiency.Requirements-2–4 years in tech recruitment (startup/product-based hiring preferred).-Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, Naukri, AngelList, GitHub, etc.-Proven success in hiring across Engineering, Product & Data roles.-Ability to juggle multiple requirements and deliver under tight timelines.-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.-Available to join immediately on a contract basis.What We Offer-Directly impact the growth of a fast-scaling startup.-A collaborative, high-energy environment with ownership.-Competitive contract compensation.Life at Fam10M+ users making UPI & card payments across India.Personalized FamX cards with custom doodles.Backed by top global investors and angel leaders.People-first culture, generous leave policies, flexible schedules, and health benefits.A fun, dynamic team environment.
