Call Center - Member Service Representative (MLS) - Bilingual
About the position
Credit Union has an opportunity for a Call Center - Member Service Representative (MLS). This work-from-home/hybrid position requires one week in the office every 6ā8 weeks and is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding member service while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
⢠Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while delivering outstanding service.
⢠Engage with members to understand their needs and promote credit union products and services.
⢠Handle account inquiries, loan requests, and identify opportunities to enhance product penetration.
⢠Collaborate with Sales, Service Teams, and Member Loyalty Leaders to uphold a strong service culture.
⢠Provide accurate information and ensure timely processing of member requests.
⢠Think independently to address unique member situations with creative solutions.
⢠Support member education events and ensure all compliance and training requirements are met.
⢠Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational procedures to achieve credit union goals.
⢠Adapt to changes and actively contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
⢠2+ years in member services or lending operations preferred; credit union experience is a plus.
⢠Proven customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
⢠Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
⢠Proficiency in computer and financial software.
⢠Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly prefered.
⢠A strong internet connection is a MUST. If you do not have reliable internet, you will be required to work in the office full time.
