Business Analyst/Sales Process Design (Remote) We are looking for a Business Analyst/Sales Process Designer to work in the Business Operations team of a global b2b High Tech leader. This role will be focused on working with Channel and Alliance Partner Sales processes and system enhancements to drive sales process efficiencies and automation. This role will partner with Product Owners, IT, Sales teams to first document current and future sales processes and then work to create the system roadmap of required enhancements, user stories, user acceptance testing and system rollout. This role reports into the business and not IT. This is a 6 month project (extensions possible), 40 hours per week. Remote in the US. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee. Responsibilities: • Work with Business Partners and Stakeholders to gain full understanding of Sales business processes and practices; • Document current state processes, help define future state processes and data flows. Perform gap and impact analysis to support digitalization and transformation initiatives. • Facilitate process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users • Defining new system enhancement with product owners, create user stores and user acceptance testing criteria • Work to create a system enhancement roadmap • Work to rollout out new system with user training, and change management Requirements: • 8+ years of Business Process Analyst/ Process Management/ Business Analyst experience working with Sales Processes at B2B High tech companies (SaaS company experience preferred) • Experience in business process documentation, process design. • Knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL). • Experience engaging with all levels of the enterprise with the ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively in a highly matrixed structure. • Experience working in an agile environment • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team while demonstrating key traits of creativity, initiative and flexibility. • Bachelor's degree • Lean/Six Sigma Certification Please submit your resume to our network at (Please apply to Business Analyst/Sales Process Design (Remote) role).
