In many of our busiest markets, where living costs are higher, this standard can go up to more than $27 per hour. Bonuses - Earn additional pay opportunities when Shipt Shoppers deliver orders that meet certain requirements, such as on time, without promo, within a specific date or time range, or even for a specific retailer. To work as a Shipt Shopper in Madison, CT, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Have a valid mailing address. Have a valid U.S. driver’s license and auto insurance. Have a reliable, operable vehicle (1997 or newer). Cannot be a 2-door sedan. Have the ability to lift 50 pounds.
