We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - King of Prussia, PA to join our team in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

This position is fully Remote/Work from Home and may be based anywhere in the continental United States

Business Analyst

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Participate in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings
• Support the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release
• Understand the requirements and writing user stories, use cases
• Interact with Dev team, QA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to change in requirements
• Participate in project meetings, requirements reviews & walkthroughs as needed
• Support UAT, production incident resolution

Basic, Required Qualifications:
• Minimum six years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in Financial services domain
• Minimum three years of experience of working in an Agile environment, well versed in writing user stories
• Bachelor’s Degree

Other Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with Agile fast paced weekly/ bi-weekly iterations projects
• Highly proficient in the areas of requirement gathering and creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams.
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with SQL, T-SQL, Data mapping, Python
• API or Integration experience
• Experience in Supporting User Acceptance Testing, creating User Manual and User Training.
• Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve specified goals
• Strong Research and Documentation skills
• Proactive and an efficient collaborator
• Critical thinker, Keen attention to detail
• Experience of working with development teams
• Certified in Agile (scrum/ Kanban)
