Associate Vice President, Community Impact - Western USA
BBYO is seeking an Associate Vice President, Community Impact to drive success in multiple communities and build the BBYO movement for Jewish teens. The role will involve maximizing performance and results in the community portfolio and building leadership opportunities for growing and retaining high-performing staff.
Requirements
• 7+ years' of strong managerial experience with experience building and leading remote teams
• 10+ years' experience working with teens or youth with an emphasis on leadership development and programming
• Expertise in driving results through other people
