For more information, visit www.paytronix.com.The kind of person we’re looking for:We are looking for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.The Email Marketing Specialist’s responsibilities will include managing all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and reporting on results.You should also be able to promptly resolve any issues that may arise before and during the implementation of campaigns.Our ideal candidate is proficient in email marketing tools, has a strong understanding of consumer behavior, and an ability to analyze data to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:Design and implement direct email marketing campaignsProofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spellingWrite newsletters including all company updatesUpgrade email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features – the ability to create new email templates is a plus!Analyze campaign performance to suggest and implement improvementsReport on sales revenue generated from email marketing effortsEnsure emails follow industry policies and best practicesCreate publish organic social media posts that align with email campaignsThe kind of skills/experience you’ll need: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar roleProficiency in marketing automation technology – (HubSpot) is a plus!Familiarity with analytical and database tools, including Google Analytics 4Excellent written communication and copywriting skillsStrong project management skills and attention to detailExperience creating and analyzing reports in SalesforceAn ability to work under tight deadlinesDegree in Marketing or relevant fieldReports To:Senior Manager, Marketing Automation OperationsSalary range: $70k-$80kBenefits:At Paytronix, we offer a wide variety of benefits aimed at allowing our employees to prioritize their well-being, and be their best selves:Retirement:Paytronix allows employees to contribute to their 401k through Fidelity.
