What We Offer: • Industry-leading compensation with a competitive pay structure • Flexible scheduling to help you balance work and life • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays • Parental leave • Snacks to keep you energized throughout the day • Continuing education credits • Supportive team culture that prioritizes clinician well-being • Opportunities for growth and career advancement Responsibilities: • Provide individual and group therapy for adolescents, teens, and families using evidence-based therapeutic techniques • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each individual • Establish a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment in accordance with practice standards • Collaborate with other clinicians, families, and the Clinic Director to ensure quality care and client satisfaction • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities What We’re Looking For: • Master’s degree in a behavioral health science or related field • Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) • Strong understanding of adolescent development, family dynamics, and therapeutic interventions • Ability to develop creative therapeutic interventions that engage teens in the therapeutic process • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience is a plus!)
