With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we strive to provide exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: * Providing a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, with their rental needs * Gaining knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental backup in a large home city branch or airport location * Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner * Providing directions and general assistance to customers * Assisting to assess the condition of rental vehicles upon return * Processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions * Effectively marketing the company while picking up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner * Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services * Selling optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment * Notifying management of any known vehicle problems and required vehicle maintenance * Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors by hand or operating washing equipment when needed * Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions, such as research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, running miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, and processing customer billing * Performing miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * To be at least 18 years of age * A valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years * No drug or alcohol-related conviction on your driving record in the past 5 years * Authorization to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future * At least 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * Experience working late nights is preferred * A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Benefits** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Competitive hourly rate of up to $23.50 per hour * Paid time off * Employee rental car discounts * Retirement savings plan, including 401(k) with matching profit sharing * Health insurance * Life insurance * Dental insurance * Vision insurance * Training and development opportunities * Bonus incentives * A dynamic and supportive work environment **Work Environment** Our Eagle County Regional Airport location is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
