The PCA / CNA will provide personal care, support for daily living activities, and companionship to clients. Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments. This role involves monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health status and ensuring their safety and comfort. Qualifications • Personal Care Assistance and Daily Living Support skills • Experience in providing companionship and emotional support • Skills in meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping • Ability to assist with transportation and attend appointments • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Certification as a PCA or CNA • CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus • Experience in home health care is preferred Apply tot his job
