Job Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated administrative support to one or more directors, managing executive calendars with attention to detail
Serve as a point of contact for the business unit, answering questions and directing requests to appropriate partners
Organize and schedule team and department meetings, including arranging audiovisual equipment and taking meeting minutes
Perform various administrative projects, such as budget tracking, creating reports, and maintaining databases
Develop working relationships with the supported team and actively engage with the administrative team to share best practices
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant or coordinator role
Prior experience supporting a licensed business model
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated confidence, composure, and professionalism in a business setting
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Knowledge of general office administration, procedures, and equipment
Aptitude for learning new concepts on the job
