Senior Infor LX/BPCS Business Analyst / Consultant

Location: Chicago suburbs (Lisle, IL) (Possible Work from Home / Tele-commute)
Status: Full-Time
Relevant Work Experience: 5+ years
Reports to: Consulting Manager

Description of Responsibilities:
• Work with clients in defining, gathering and documenting business requirements
• Assist users in implementing features and functionality within their ERP and related systems
• Serve as a project manager for ERP and related software implementations
• Identify opportunities within assigned accounts
• Function as a technical liaison to the development team at Crossroads RMC
• Work with the development team to test and deliver ERP and related solutions to clients
• Train clients on the use of the standard ERP and related software
• 75%+ travel, including some possible international travel

Required Qualifications:
• 5 plus years BPCS/LX experience required
• 5 plus years industry specific experience
• 5 plus years of ERP Business Analyst and/or Functional Consulting Experience
• Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
• A solid background in project management
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Data collection experience a plus
• APICS Certification a plus
