Facebook & arenaflex Ads Specialist for Local Service Businesses (Home Services) - Contract to Hire

I’m looking to hire an experienced Facebook & arenaflex Ads Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns for several local service businesses, including: Fencing company Landscaping company HVAC company Roofing company These businesses rely heavily on lead generation (calls + form fills), so I’m looking for someone who understands local intent, service-area targeting, and conversion-focused ad strategy. This is not eCommerce. If you specialize in home services / contractor ads, this is a strong fit.
