Acute Care Coordinator - Mental Health Crisis Intervention Specialist ($1500 New Hire Incentive)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Acute Care Coordinator to provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need. As a Mental Health Crisis Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in our 24-hour crisis operation, providing triage and crisis intervention services to callers, as well as care coordination and consultation to providers across the mental health system.
This 100% remote position offers a competitive salary range of $39.11 - $48.12 hourly, a comprehensive benefits package, and a one-time New Hire Recruitment and Retention Incentive payment of $1500. Key Responsibilities:
Provide crisis intervention and phone support to callers, including risk assessment and facilitation of access to emergency and crisis services
Offer short-term case coordination and follow-up for callers with urgent and/or complex needs
Document all member/provider/community contacts and clinical reviews, including symptoms, interventions, goals, and plans for next review
Provide information and directive support to fellow clinicians as needed regarding resources for clients and clarification of policies and procedures
Requirements:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in the mental health field, with major coursework in social science or a related field
QMHP-R certification within 30 days of hire, current QMHP-R, and/or licensed by the Board of Oregon (LPC, LCSW, PHD, LMFT, etc.)

Strong crisis intervention skills, including risk assessment and management of sensitive information
