HVOE (High Volume Order Entry) Rep
About the position Responsibilities • Input customer orders via phone call • Input high volume customer orders on a consistent basis • Answer inquiries regarding customers' accounts • Electronic imaging • Research shortage and miss-shipped claims • Process/enter orders • Handle calls from customer service queue • Handle all salespersons changes • Perform the job in accordance with company and departmental policies and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements • High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 year of experience with SGWS • Proficiency using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets in creating pivot tables, develop charts, and complex formulas Nice-to-haves • EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)/ NFS (Network File Sharing) knowledge • Advance AS400 skills • Basic MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Word experience • Personal time management • Usage of critical thinking skills • High Accuracy of order entry • Attention to detail Benefits • Comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage • Dental and vision plans • Tax-saving Flexible Spending Accounts • Disability coverage • Life insurance plans • 401(k) plan • Tuition assistance • Wellness program • Parental leave • Vacation accrual • Paid sick leave Apply tot his job
