About the Role
Ā Maintain all assigned areas and corridors in a clean, neat, and sanitary manner to protect the safety and health of others.
Ā Use judgment in determining which cleaning techniques to follow, as outlined in orientation guidelines.
Ā Demonstrate efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions as observed by your supervisor.
Ā May be required to disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizing equipment.
Ā Employ universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.
Ā Keep carts properly stocked with equipment and cleaning supplies, ensuring all chemicals are accurately labeled, and all equipment is in good working condition.
Ā Promote effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary relationships, maintain professional conduct at all times, and assist in improving productivity and efficient operations of the department.
