Zuora Administrator
Our team is seeking a Zuora Admin who will be responsible for administration tasks and projects across the portfolio of quote to cash internal business tools at TriNet Zenefits. Support daily operational processes related to multiple billing cycles, dunning, and other billing/monetizer processes. Make appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient. Support business users and help troubleshoot simple to complex application issues. Manage launch of the new products and changes to existing product rules. Manage and enhance salesforce integration and customized solution across the systems
Balance technical and business priorities to accomplish shared goals, and build relationships with peers and stakeholders
