YouTube Compilation Channel Editor
Job description JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate YouTube Editor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating viral, best-in-class compilation videos that drive millions of views for multiple channels. This role provides the perfect blend of editing and strategy as you’ll be creating custom intros for each video. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of YouTube retention editing, and the drive to deliver high-quality videos on time, every time. If you live and breathe YouTube, obsess over intros, and want to expand your skillset into scripting, this role is for you. TYPE Full Time / Remote CORE COMPENTENCIES • YouTube Retention Editing/Strategy: Scripting and editing highly engaging YouTube video intros from scratch • Passion for YouTube: Loves pouring over the data and finding what does/does not work (especially as it relates to hooks and intros) to improve your craft. • High Autonomy: Thrives in an environment where you can manage your own schedule to deliver high retention edits on time, every time (without oversight) • Work Ethic: Relentless about meeting deadlines and pushing for higher and higher quality. • Attention to Detail: You care deeply about the work you create and ensure no detail is missed. KEY OUTCOMES • Deliver 1–4 fully edited, error-free Compilation videos per week, on or before deadline. • Each video is completed within 2 rounds of notes or less (without needing others to “problem solve” for them) Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $1,400.00 - $1,700.00 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
