As the Claims Representative I, Auto, you will investigate, negotiate, and settle service claims while providing exceptional client service and contributing to a client-centric culture. Responsibilities Providing exceptional client service to our customers as an industry leader in client engagement Reviewing policy wordings, applying coverages, negotiating and settling service claims Investigating and evaluating relevant information to quantify losses and identify opportunities for salvage and subrogation recoveries Proactively communicating with clients and stakeholders for efficient, timely, and quality resolution of claims Skills Bilingualism in English and French is required You are driven to create an exceptional customer experience You thrive in a fast-paced and changing working environment You are comfortable with technology and have excellent computer skills Proficiency in both English and French is essential to the main duties in this role, including servicing and communicating primarily with majority anglophone and francophone clients, groups, and teams Having experience in insurance or a related client service focused field is an asset You have a desire to grow your education by working towards the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation and Provincial Adjuster Licenses Having a post-secondary education in insurance, risk management or a related discipline is an asset Benefits Training and development opportunities to grow your career.
