Youth Activities Counselor

As a Youth Activities Counselor, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage children of all ages through interactive and fun activities. Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children of all ages.
Foster a safe and inclusive environment for children to learn and have fun.
Collaborate with other Youth Activities Counselors to create a dynamic and cohesive program.
Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while interacting with children.
Continuously evaluate and improve activities to ensure they align with Disney standards and values.
Build positive relationships with children and their families to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all children in the program.
Stay up-to-date on child development best practices and incorporate them into activities.
Assist with administrative tasks such as registration and attendance tracking.
Serve as a positive role model and promote Disney values to all participants.
