This role involves owning the execution of content marketing initiatives, digital campaigns, and event support while expanding sales enablement resources and customer engagement programs.ResponsibilitiesOwn execution of blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, customer stories, landing pages, and email campaignsDevelop and manage sales enablement collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battle cards, and industry briefsSupport thought leadership content including executive ghostwriting, industry insights, and trend commentaryCoordinate and promote webinars and user-driven content initiativesExecute and optimize digital campaigns across email, website, and paid channelsManage HubSpot workflows, lists, email automation, and campaign reportingMaintain CRM alignment between HubSpot and SalesforceAssist with SEO initiatives and website content updatesUse AI content-generation tools to accelerate production while maintaining brand voice and accuracySupport industry trade shows, customer events, and partner initiativesCoordinate webinar logistics, promotion, follow-up, and repurposing of contentDevelop post-event nurture campaigns and sales follow-up materialsAssist with customer advocacy initiatives and user-generated contentSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience1 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B software or technologyProficiency in: Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopProficiency in: Microsoft Office SuiteProficiency in: HubSpot marketing automationProficiency in: Salesforce CRMProficiency in: AI LLM platforms and AI content-generation toolsStrong writing, editing, and communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance dataCompany OverviewJonas Software is a provider of enterprise management software solutions to the Club, Leisure Fitness & Sports, Foodservice.
