About the role • CCO operational opportunities are the positions that support the hands-on campus ministry of the organization. Purpose of the position: • The XD (Experiential Design) Resource Specialist will serve the CCO, through designing and leading transformative opportunities for CCO staff and students, as well as other organizations that align with the CCO's mission. Qualifications/Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Experience: Minimum three years ministry and/or adventure education experience (preferred).
