What You Will Do:
Ā Guidehouse is seeking a Workday Data Conversion Lead for full platform Workday implementations
Ā The person we are seeking will provide expertise in requirements gathering, design, and implementation of customer data conversion processes
Ā They will work with the Guidehouse Workday Practice leadership to build tools, templates, and processes for ensuring data conversion activities are of high quality, repeatable, and effective.
Ā As a Workday Data Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
Ā Responsible for managing build timelines and collaboration with project management team on tenant management
Ā Plan and execute comprehensive configuration migration throughout deployment using Workday delivered toolset
Ā Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday HCM & Financials system
Ā Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools
Ā Create ETL scripts to transform and load data in preparation to load to Workday
Ā Lead in the validation of data loaded into Workday
Ā Responsible for assisting clients in mapping legacy data, identifying data quality issues and overall responsibility over conversion activates on the project
Ā Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership
Ā Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives
Ā Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
Ā Lead the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
What You Will Need:
Ā Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of experience in Workday data conversion or equivalent work; relevant experience may be substituted for formal education
Ā This role is a hybrid role which will require you to go into the closest Guidehouse Office as needed or on occasion.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Ā Preference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable number of miles of a Guidehouse Office
Ā Minimum of 2 full Workday Phase 1 implementations in a Data Conversion Lead role
Ā Minimum of 2 years of Data Conversion experience including strong ETL and XML capabilities and SQL experience
Ā Strong reporting / analytics / BI experience
Ā Demonstrated experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint
The annual salary range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
