What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities
Manage lifecycle processes, governance, and IAM administration, including creating and terminating user accounts
Utilize a ticketing system to troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient operations
Prioritize and multitask urgent requests effectively
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including provisioning and deprovisioning user accounts
Experience with manual IAM processes in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of security principles related to IAM
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution
Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system
