Work From Home NP - Brief Telehealth Visits - New Grads Welcome
A virtual care clinic is hiring Nurse Practitioners to provide short, structured counseling sessions that help patients quit smoking. This is a fully remote telehealth role focused on prevention, behavior change, and empathetic patient support. New graduates are welcome — full training and clinical protocols are provided. You’ll guide patients through a structured 8-session evidence-based program, offering motivation, relapse prevention, and personalized clinical support. Scheduling, admin work, reminders, and billing are handled for you — so you can focus entirely on patient care. What You’ll Do • Conduct 10–15 minute virtual smoking-cessation sessions • Follow a structured 8-session clinical protocol • Provide behavioral coaching, motivation, and relapse-prevention support • Use streamlined templates for efficient documentation • Participate in light asynchronous communication (minimal messaging) • Collaborate with the clinical team on patient progress and quality of care Qualifications • Active NP license in at least one U.S. state • NPI number • Strong communication and patient-support skills • Telehealth experience or willingness to learn • Comfort with brief, protocol-driven counseling Preferred (Not Required) • Multi-state licensure (compact license is a plus) • Experience in primary care, behavioral health, addiction care, or health coaching • Ability to offer optional evening/weekend availability Compensation & Perks • $25–$65 per hour • Flexible scheduling — choose your own hours • No admin work: billing, scheduling, and reminders handled • Fully remote • Supportive clinical workflows and templates Apply now through NPHire.com to be considered.
