Property Accounting Manager – Go Store It Location: Charlotte, NC Are you a hands-on accounting leader ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a sharp, driven Accounting Manager to lead our property management accounting team. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financials, optimizing month-end processes, and supporting a diverse portfolio of real estate assets across the U.S. What You’ll Do: • Lead and coach a team of senior and property accountants • Oversee full-cycle accounting for real estate entities • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financials • Manage bank reconciliations, journal entries, accruals & more • Record key transactions (sales, purchases, refinancing) • Process AP and manage intercompany reconciliations • Ensure accurate and timely reporting for investors and stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally with property teams • Support audits, tax prep, and due diligence efforts • Drive process improvements and support operational excellence What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree required (CPA a big plus!) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (real estate or property management preferred) Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Experience with Yardi (property + investment accounting modules preferred) Strong leadership skills — you know how to manage, mentor, and motivate Excellent communication and time management abilities Why You’ll Love It Here: Make an impact — your work will directly support our growth and success Be a leader — shape processes and grow a talented accounting team Work with purpose — support unique and growing real estate assets Collaborative culture — we value transparency, ownership, and teamwork Apply tot his job
