About the Role:

 Responding to guest inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
 Providing accurate and timely information about our menu, services, and promotions, as well as making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
 Collaborating with colleagues across different departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational challenges.
 Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, seasonal offerings, and special promotions to make informed recommendations and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
 Previous experience in a related role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
 Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
 Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
