Our team of telephonic first responders serves customers in the U.S. and Canada, working closely with Community Mental Health Centers, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics, Managed Behavioral Healthcare Organizations, college and university counseling centers, and Employee Assistance Programs. **Job Summary** As a REMOTE 988 Crisis Chat and Text Counselor, you will work from home, maintaining HIPAA compliance and focus, requiring a private office space. You will speak with consumers over the phone, connecting with people experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues, and provide them with the support and resources they need to navigate their challenges.
