We’re Hiring: Part-Time Sales Representatives (New Jersey)

Made locally with real ingredients, our clean, refreshing taste sets us apart in a fast-growing and competitive market. Now, we’re looking for motivated Sales Representatives to help expand our presence across South NJ (Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Cape May, and Ocean Counties), Central NJ, and North NJ (Hunterdon County). What You’ll Do: • Build and maintain strong relationships with stores in your territory • Achieve sales goals by opening new accounts and growing existing ones • Drop samples, secure new placements, and keep ROAM top of mind • Manage tasting events and work with distributor partners on promotions • Represent ROAM at in-store tastings and local events Details: • Part-time role with flexible hours • Sales activity primarily Tues–Thurs, 9am–5pm (occasional weekend events) • Base pay + commission + mileage reimbursement • Reports directly to the CEO What We’re Looking For: • Sales or account management experience (beverage, cannabis, or CPG a plus) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable being on the road • Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation This is your chance to join a pioneering hemp beverage brand with deep NJ roots and help us continue to grow across the state.
