Our team is comprised of talented individuals who share a common goal: to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our customers and our community. **Job Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry/Order Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Processing customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments * Striving to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing * Receiving, editing, and entering incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner * Reviewing, verifying, and making corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications * Contacting customers to resolve unclear issues and ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures * Managing orders in the business system through the entire order cycle * Gathering information for measurement, analysis, and reporting * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes **Essential Qualifications** * 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience * Customer interaction experience is preferred * Computer experience, including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required * Education: High School Diploma or GED * Background Check * Able to Lift 20 pounds * Drug Test **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's Degree * Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with Oracle and other software platforms * Ability to learn new software and systems quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Skillnex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
