Weekend Scheduling Assistant - Part-Time Opportunity
Join our innovative team at Steno as a Part-Time Weekend Scheduling Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting our Account Managers with administrative tasks. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll work closely with clients, scheduling jobs, handling exhibits, and providing top-notch support to ensure seamless deposition experiences.
In this dynamic role, you'll leverage your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and hospitality mindset to provide white-glove service to our clients. You'll work collaboratively with our Operations team, utilizing cutting-edge technology and software to manage client preferences, schedule jobs, and triage incoming requests. Your goal will be to consistently deliver high-quality service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
Manage client preferences and communicate them to the team, providing exceptional service
Schedule jobs, handle reschedules and cancellations, and add services in a timely manner
Triage incoming requests and route them to the appropriate operations team or account manager
Deescalate potentially difficult client interactions while maintaining a professional demeanor
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all client needs are met
Requirements:
1+ years of administrative, coordination, or operational assistant experience (prior court reporting agency experience a plus)
Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
Proficiency with technology, software, and cloud-based applications (Google Workspace and Slack experience preferred)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks
